Project goal: To draft, complete, distribute '.za Geek Manifesto 1.0' and create some public awareness around what the principles of Ubuntu mean for tech business, government and civil society in South Africa.

- developing a PR strategy to distribute the manifesto [2 hours F2F; 1/2 people]
- writing copy for PR strategy [2/3 hours; 1 person]
- publicity [2/3 hours; unlimited numbers]
- getting the manifesto to the new minister of communications (with Sam) [1/2 hours; 1 person]
- present the manifesto to the new minister of communications [3 hours F2F; 1/2 people]
- perform assessment of impact [2 hours; at least 3 people]
